Lori Mellor (Executive Director Preston Street BIA) – “I’m in dialogue with the city. There are community improvement plans (CIP) and the city has two in place right now. It’s really the only tool municipalities have under the municipal act to give property tax relief. We’re trying to get a CIP to allow us to start these retail incubators.” (Read More)
Erin Michaluk – “I was born in Montreal and raised in the south end of Ottawa. We moved back from the Yukon and I found a job on Preston. We found my daughter Sage’s daycare and found out her school was going to be right around the corner. It all just fell into place.” (Read More)
